Calvary Women — Calvary

Welcome!

Calvary Women is part of CBC's mission to help people follow Jesus together by giving women opportunities and tools to follow Jesus with other women. We have Bible study classes, events and groups for women. In our classes, groups, and at our events, women can:

  • grow in knowledge, understanding and love for God;

  • build relationships with one another and the community and world around us;

  • and be challenged and equipped to live out His mission, all fueled by the unchanging Word of God.

    Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to find some information or get connected!

If you need further information or have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me by phone or email.

CALVARY WOMEN PRAYER

April 2025 Prayer Focus

Throughout the past few months, we have prayed to be TRANSFORMED by the Word as we read and study it. Have you been praying that with us? One proven way we live purposeful, transformed lives together is to pray together. “What better way to be more united with fellow believers than to gather and bare our hearts before the throne of God together? What an opportunity and privilege! We get to go to him in prayer” (Steven Lee).

We have a new CBC prayer focus for spring: Pray that we would worship God in Spirit and truth—John 4:23. Worship is an essential part of the Word-guided transformation we have been seeking and praying for, as well as a response to our God who has given us His Word, Spirit, and people through faith. As Calvary Women, let’s also pray Colossians 3:16-17 to fuel us for this kind of worship. As we are transformed by and filled with God’s Word, let us live out that Word through worship, then teach and exhort each other through it as well.

Let’s be faithful together, united in prayer for this essential response to our only-worthy Savior, Jesus Christ

I encourage you to use this image on your phone or computer to remind you to pray throughout the month.

With you in prayer,

Heidi Fulk, Calvary Women Director
